All services provided are performed by a licensed esthetician and are intended for cosmetic and relaxation purposes only. Services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a licensed medical professional for medical concerns.

2. Client Eligibility & Health Disclosure
Clients must be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Clients agree to fully disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy status, skin sensitivities, or recent procedures prior to receiving services.
Failure to disclose accurate information may result in adverse reactions, for which the provider is not responsible.

3. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes of treatments, products, or services. Skin responses differ based on many factors, including but not limited to lifestyle, genetics, home care, and consistency.

4. Contraindications & Right to Refuse Service
The provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated based on the client’s disclosed information, observed skin condition, or professional judgment.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments

6. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Services rendered are non-refundable
• Retail product returns or exchanges are subject to store policy
• Gift certificates or packages may be non-refundable and non-transferable

7. Liability Waiver
By receiving services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with esthetic treatments, including but not limited to redness, irritation, allergic reactions, or sensitivity.
The provider is not liable for reactions resulting from:
• Undisclosed conditions
• Failure to follow post-treatment care instructions
• Use of outside products not recommended by the provider

8. Post-Treatment Care
Clients agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided. Failure to follow recommended aftercare may increase the risk of adverse reactions and affect results.

9. Personal Belongings
The provider is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

10. Photography & Marketing (Optional)
With client consent, photographs or videos may be taken before, during, or after services for educational or marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
